Once our neighbors in our small town development got a Wii, we ALL wanted a Wii! Everyone went on a Wii search! I looked on every website, in every store, they were impossible to find! Let my tips help you find a lower priced Wii.
Step1
Call and check at your local retail stores (target, walmart, costco, circuit city, best buy, sams club) to see if they have any in stock. bulk retailers like costco or sams club will usually bundle the console with extra games or controllers! Step2
check the cheap wii websites or wii finder websites on google or from my links blow. These sites are updated frequently and will tell you who has a Wii in stock and how much they are. I found a store that sell nintendo's products in low prices check this siteStep3
check our auction sites like ebay and amazon for a used wii. Typically if anything is wrong with it, the wii is still new enough that it should be covered under the manufacturers warranty still, so you shouldn't have to worry about buying used. Step4
Go on craigslist! Watch that site like a hawk! Check every hour or so to see if anyone is selling theirs! On ebay they were all over $400 and we got ours from someone who listed it on craigslist for $280. That came with an extra controller, wii sports and a zelda game! at the time it was the best deal possible! And it came with the box and all manuals and paperwork! It hasn't had a single problem! Tips & Warnings
- When you find a good site, make sure you check it frequently! Good deals go fast!
- Don't be shy, if you see a phone number on an ad call! If it only has an email address send an email with your number in it!
- Watch for scams on craigslist!
- Never send a money order or cash or check to a person from craigslist, only meet in person and check the item before you pay for it.
